No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments will be billed 50% of the service. Failure to make payment will result in the client being unable to book future appointments. Refills: To maintain your lash extensions, it's necessary to schedule lash fills every 2-3 weeks. It's important to keep at least 40% of your original lash extensions for the appointment to be considered a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set may be necessary, and if you have no extensions left, rescheduling for a full set will be necessary. Allergic Reactions: The service provider does not offer refunds for reactions, but will remove the set for free and may provide a voucher for an alternative service. Reactions are an inherent risk and can occur at any time. Late: Clients must notify if they will be late, as services may not be performed if they are more than 10 minutes late. I work hard to be on time and may reschedule the appointment for another day. Late arrival may result in incomplete service, with the full cost still due. Refunds: No refunds on deposits or services. Concerns should be brought up immediately. One complimentary 60-minute follow-up appointment offered within 72 hours of initial appointment. No Children: Children are not allowed during services due to liability concerns, and appropriate childcare arrangements should be made.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. If done on the same day, 50% of the service cost will be charged. Clients should notify Sthefany via text or Instagram as soon as possible to avoid charges.
