I specialize in Korean Lash Lifts and Brow Services, focusing on enhancing your natural features while maintaining the health and integrity of your lashes and brows. DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. NO SHOWS: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Failure to make payment will result in the inability to book future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS: Please notify me if you are running late. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the service booked and the remaining appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service while the full service fee remains due. REFUNDS: Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued on services rendered or deposits paid. If you have any concerns regarding your results, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment so I can review and address them appropriately. ALLERGIC REACTIONS: Although rare, allergic reactions can occur with any beauty service at any time. By booking, clients acknowledge and accept this risk. Refunds will not be provided for allergic reactions. If necessary, I will assess the situation and recommend appropriate next steps. CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS: For the comfort and safety of all clients, children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously approved. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. RESULTS & AFTERCARE: Service results and longevity vary based on individual hair growth cycles, lifestyle, medications, hormones, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Following all recommended aftercare guidelines is essential for achieving and maintaining the best results.
